we are on the M for the first time. we kinda know where we are going. getting lost has become quite the habit for us. not because we are retards, but because we've had some insane hard to find destinations. last night was horrible. we get in dc at a good time, but missed the virginia sign. we got totally lost one time and had to turn around. we found crystal city but got lost again, sent back on the freeway, through this horrible ghetto, then basically got a nice preview of the capitol building. finally got back to crystal city and found the apartments with just enough time to get the worst headache ever and felt like puking the rest of the night. then the fun begins. so far we were already about i'd say, 1.5 hours later than we should of been because of our detours. went to "check in" and to make a long story short, it took almost 2 hours of me waiting and talking to idiots before i could even begin to unload my car into some apartment. a little food at 11 helped the headache. brb. getting off the M.
the M is the most amazing thing i've ever seen. same as bart, but so freaking rad inside the stations.
ryan is such a tourist. he might a well be holding up a flag.
place is big. there are cops all over the freaking place. hardly anyone out today walking or driving. i'm seeing acorns for the first time in about 8 years. found my office but its closed. walking to hard rock now. i can't recall ever seeing a dc plate. hard rock now. bill clinton's sax is right behind me and i'm stoked to see it. anyways, roommates are okay so far i guess. apartment is rad. all those insane miles of underground tunnels of shops and restaurants are hard to believe. kim is going to freak out when she sees it. going to the air and space museum today. green day's american idiot is playing here on their tv's & what not. we find it funny.
